What YOU can do to help with this community problem!

The ROA office now has waste container straps available for residents courtesy of Church on the Ridge. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE secure your trash if you are not already doing so!! It would also be helpful for you to show your neighbors how to secure theirs, if they are new to the neighborhood and haven't experienced our winds. Stop by our new office and pick up a strap if you need one!

Did you receive a compliance post card? We hope you’ll consider giving us a call! The post card is intended to open a dialogue between the ROA Office and our residents. We want to work with you to remedy whatever captured our attention during one of our regular compliance drives. ***************************************************** For safety sake, please make sure your house numbers are visible from the street! We have noticed during recent neighborhood drives that some numbers are becoming hidden from the street. It is also a good idea to note your house number on the back of your home if you are located on an alley. ***************************************************** Please maintain your Planter Strips!! This includes watering, weeding, mowing and edging. Certain collector road planter strips are maintained by either the city or the ROA. If you are unsure as to whether or not you are responsible for maintaining the planter strip(s) adjacent to your home please contact the ROA office. |
